THE ENEMY WITHIN, WHO IS MY NEIGHBOUR

Date added: Saturday 14th March 2009 written by David Godfrey

THE ENEMY AT YOUR DOOR, WHO IS MY NEIGHBOR?

In my life I have learnt many things, about the world, my country, my community and my friends. I have come to know the power of love and the joy it brings, but too I have come to know and learn about the sorrow of death, the sorrow felt within my family and too that of my many friends who visit this website.

Too I have come to know what it feels to be angry, an anger Bourne from personal tragedy and it is a righteous anger that burns as an eternal flame within my heart. If I let it, that righteous anger could, and would so easily turn to hatred, a hatred Bourne of knowledge.

The knowledge of knowing someone you love has been taken from you, an integral part of the family, a brick of our wall, someone incapable of being replaced, a loving son and grandson. Taken in the blink of an eye, by a bullet fired from a snipers rifle, the trigger pulled by the hand of an unseen man, a man who was, and probably still is, a misguided individual who thought he had the power of God in his hands.

Many families across this land have also come to know that same pain, grief and anger with the same knowledge that I have, each family will know how this feels and how they will come to terms with it.

This week that anger, that has been so forcibly kept in check has been released as though it were a fiery volcano from the depths of hell, that spews rocks and steam, that stream from within its heart to carry death and destruction across the land.

A vision given by God? a sign Maybe, or could it be that my soul is screaming out for justice against the perpetrators who defile our servicemen and hold the true British people within this country with utter contempt and try to hold this nation to ransom for their own ends.

There is a time for every purpose under HEAVEN so says the good book that I believe in, and hold dear. Our father in heaven sets a time to be born, and a time to die. A time for sowing, and a time for reaping. A time for killing, and the time for healing. The time for tearing down, and the time for rebuilding.

He sets the time for sorrow and the time for joy, the time for mourning and the time for dancing, the time for making love and the time to refrain. The time to kiss and the time to not. He sets the time for finding and the time for losing, the time to save and the time to throw away. The time for tearing down and for mending, the time for silence and the time to talk, he sets the time to love and the time to hate, the time for war and the time for peace.

So what are we to make of these times and seasons? How am I to learn to love my neighbour as myself?

In this world of many nations there is terrible injustice, caused by mans inhumanity to his brothers and sisters, there is also pure evil, evil pursued by misguided souls of darkness in the name of religion in the name of God, misguided because they do not know the heart of the almighty, they fail to see his love because they are blind and unseeing, their eyes covered by the scales of hatred for those who do not bow to their demands.

Every action taken by mankind whether they are Muslim, Christian, Jew, Roman Catholic or Atheist, all at the final call, at the sound of the last trumpet when Christ returns, will be answerable to God alone. In Gods eyes there are no divisions, no separate religions or faiths, just one thing, PURE UNADULTERATED LOVE! As pure as honey.

A love for mankind, with no exception, none are better than the other, all have failed to reach his high expectations, but he loves each one just the same.

Injustice by man against man takes many forms and guises, none more so that the injustice against the servicemen and people of Great Britain, and to the people in Luton this past week , a carbon copy of events last year in another city, done so by those who would call themselves British.

There is no room for division in Great Britain, there is certainly no room for hatred caused by misguided beliefs and hypocrisy, for these lead to self destruction, and self destruction is a lost cause. The preachers of hate would have their Muslim communities believe that they speak for God, but they speak not of his love, they speak of the hate that festers in their own hearts, brought there by their own wicked, unholy thoughts that they form in their own mind’s, they do not represent the majority of Muslim faiths, just a minority.

Many jokes have been portrayed about Luton over past times, especially about its airport and the good people of Luton have taken it on the chin and laughed along with us, but now they have been betrayed by members of communities within its boundaries and they are not laughing, for this is no joke, no laughing matter, for the heart of the communities there have been dealt a blow to the heart, a blow that should never have been struck.

Wickedness will be repaid in kind, not by me, not by you, but by the hand of the almighty, he will mete out justice for those who have been betrayed, his mighty hand wields the sword of truth and justice and he will speak and roar like a lion and those perpetrators of hate will bow before him in terror.

Is it not time for the true British spirit of the true British people and dare I defy the pc brigade by quoting the word ENGLISH in this present day pc brigade madness.

I too will fight for truth and justice, truth for our people and justice for our servicemen, no words of vitriol shall cause harm to them, for in the eyes of the almighty God TRUTH AND JUSTICE RULE SUPREME OVER ALL.
